May Cleanse

Started a cleanse this morning. Here it is: 3x daily 1 tbsp NOW fermented organic soy protein powder mixed with 1 tbsp greens and 1 tbsp freshly ground flaxseed, small amount of orange juice and 1 cup H2O; 1 quart of vegetable juice drunk through the day made from 5 lb carrots, 3 apples, 1 big handful parsley, 1 lemon, 1 tbsp ginger root; 4 cups salad divided between lunch and dinner and 4 pieces fruit eaten between everything else (2 bananas, 2 pears); 3 liters of water/day. Will keep up for as many days as I feel good. The juice this morning was super super delicious. Anyone care to join me?
