Introduction to Mindfulness Meditation

For beginners and individuals experienced with Mindfulness Meditation (Vipassana) who wish to deepen their meditative skill-set. Includes improving concentration, deepening sensory clarity and equanimity, when and how to apply techniques throughout the day and support towards a successful meditation practice. There will be time afterward for sharing and clarification about sensory phenomena that may be experienced. Beginners welcome.
