Kundalini Yoga for Mental Wellness

Learn effective yogic tools to bring balance, joy, and vitality to your life. Each class includes a breathing technique (pranayam) to calm the mind and ease anxiety, an exercise set (kriya) to strengthen the glands and nervous system, deep relaxation, and mantra and meditation to help balance, heal, and cultivate happiness.  Beginners welcome and mats available.
