The MELT Method

MELT is a simple self-treatment technique using specialized small balls and soft foam rollers to simulate the effects of manual therapy. Developed by Sue Hitzmann, manual therapist, and featured in her best selling book, The MELT Method.

MELT is a treatment that you can do to yourself to get out and stay out of chronic pain, reduce the signs of aging, and feel fantastic.  All it takes is 10 minutes a day to start and we use specially designed soft balls and body rollers to rehydrate connective tissue and rebalance the nervous system.  No other approach directly treats these two systems including nutrition, exercise or meditation.  It really is the missing piece to the traditional recipe for good health.
