Yin Yoga

Yin Yoga is simple…it consists of a series of long-held, passive floor poses. Yin mobilizes and strengthens deep connective tissues, bones, joints, ligaments, deep fascial networks and helps to increase flexibility. Yin is a perfect way to wind down the day. Yin is accessible to everyone.  This 75 minute class will be held the FIRST Tuesday of every month resuming February 5, 2019   5:15pm to 6:30pm.
