Lisa Ruddy

Lisa has been practicing yoga for over 5 years and recently graduated from Discovery Yoga’s Kripalu 200 hour teacher training. 

Lisa focuses on breathing techniques, proper alignment in postures, relaxation and mindfulness.  Her class allows for an increased awareness of body-mind connections, empowering you to find your edge, but to not push past it, always honouring your body, mind and soul, on and off the mat.
